    Professor of Learning and Teaching, and Director of Education  at 91ÇÑ×Ó Adams University, Shropshire, where my role includes the leadership of eLearning provision; leadership of academic development; leading the UK PSF provision; oversight of institutional curriculum, and teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students. 

    I am a National Teaching Fellow, Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a CMALT holder and assessor and I sit on the Editorial Board of Higher Education Skills and Work Based Learning and the International Advisory Board of Educational Action Research. I hold external roles at University of Birmingham and Liverpool Hope University. I have a first degree in Education Studies & Geography with Mathematics,  a secondary school teaching qualification (teaching Geography and Mathematics) and a Doctorate in Higher Education from University of Liverpool. I keep a blog which contains ideas and outputs from my eduational development work for sharing across the HE and FE sectors as useful.
