Currently undertaking a BBSRC and Alltech funded PhD investigating the effects of grass silage mycotoxins on the rumen microbiome and subsequent impact on dairy cow health and welfare.

My main interests include, but are not limited to, food security & sustainable agriculture, science
communication, conservation and animal welfare. Passionate about inspiring young women to follow STEM careers.
